Everything stays on your phone, in a database only the app reads. Nothing leaves it. If you connect Apple Health, KineticX writes your finished sessions to Health and reads bodyweight from it, under the permissions you grant in Settings; Health data is governed by Apple's rules, not by this page.

When you sign in, the app copies its records into your archive under your account and keeps them in step: sessions and sets, routines, bodyweight and body measurements, readiness checks, goals, personal bests, programme state, and your conversations with KAI. Feedback you send and crash reports are stored beside them. The archive lives in one database, hosted by Supabase in Singapore. It exists so that a new phone can restore your data and so the laptop view can read it.

You, on your phone and here. KineticX is run by one person, Laikin Currie, who can reach the database as its operator and looks inside an archive only to keep the service running, or when you report a problem and ask for a look. Nobody else. A coach you invite from the app sees your sessions and readiness, never your bodyweight or your conversations, and the link ends the moment either of you ends it.

Until KineticX is on the App Store it is in a small trial by invitation. The app page says what the trial is.

A question you put to KAI is sent to an AI model to answer. It travels through KineticX's server to the model's provider — today Anthropic — which processes it under its own terms; the server records how much was used, not what was said, and the conversation itself is kept in your archive with everything else. If you use your own API key instead, the text goes from your phone to the provider under your own account and KineticX's server never sees it.

A crash that stops the app before it can write its own record goes to Sentry, a crash-reporting service — the stack trace, the device model, the OS and app versions, and your account id once you have signed in — and nothing else.

Download all of it as a file, from your archive. Delete the account and the archive with it, from the app's Settings or from your archive page; the copy on your phone stays until you delete the app. Write to support@kineticx.app for anything this page does not answer.

No advertising, no analytics, no trackers, and no selling or sharing of your data with anyone, for any purpose.
