A training log that records what you did and shows what the record says.
Every set with its load, reps and reps in reserve. Bodyweight and the measurements that change how a lift reads for you. Routines you write yourself.
It keeps the record: sessions, sets, rest, the notes you make mid-set. It keeps your body beside the record — bodyweight, wingspan and limb lengths, the injuries you have flagged — because the same lift reads differently on a different frame. When you ask, it shows what the record says: volume by muscle, how a lift has moved, what has changed since the last block.
It does not prescribe a programme, count a streak, or send a reminder to train. Its observations are facts drawn from your own log, shown once and not repeated. There is no feed and nothing to follow.
Lives on your phone first, in a database only the app reads. With an account it is also in your archive here, so a new phone can restore it and you can download all of it whenever you like. What is stored and who can see it is set out in the privacy policy, in plain words.
